Harris ImageLinks™ 15 Meter Global Data Set is the most realistic medium resolution global imagery product available in the geospatial market. This 15 meter simulated true-color orthomosaic covers most of the Earth’s landmass.

It was built from the best available Landsat 7 scenes that were collected circa 2000 and has been orthorectified. Harris ImageLinks’ advanced color adjustment techniques and algorithms have created the ideal world imagery product for multiple applications where natural color realism derived from satellite imagery is essential.

Overall data quality is good, however due to the coverage size and data set build complexity, environmental conditions (clouds, haze, etc…) should be expected in some areas. Occasional non-environmental errors (scan line, drop line, etc…) associated with and inherent to the Landsat sensor collection system may also be found in some areas.

The data set is being sold as an OTS (off the shelf) product. Any specific requests related to product enhancements will be addressed and charged according to scope. i.e. water color/replacement, color/tonal adjustments, data replacements or updates.
