Clutter data, commonly known as land use and land cover data, is consistently proven to be a valuable asset for many GIS projects and applications. The current options include data acquired from 2001 to 2007 based satellite imagery, with a vast majority of the urban areas from 2006-2007 imagery. Coverage area now available includes the lower 48 states, Hawaii, and portions of Mexico and Canada bordering the US. Clutter databases include up to 11 classes and are sampled at one arc second resolution.

A 2010-2011 based product is available as of the summer of 2011 as well. It consists of a complete revision of our clutter database with national coverage. Up to 20 classes are included in the revised database, at a sampling of both one half and one arc second resolution.

Archived clutter databases are also available throughout the globe, and we have access to a vast selection of clutter sources over portions of six continents. Additionally, we can custom-build your clutter or land use database to meet your specific project needs.

Please contact MapMart for details on availability and pricing of our current databases, as well as our 2010-2011, global archives, or custom databases.
